Plastic Sticks
You can use our included plastic rods to join the broken pieces. If the compound is different from the original plastic, we recommend cutting pieces off the original and use the cut-off pieces as plastic rods to form the most solid bond.

This 110V 60W plastic welder comes with 3 triangular tips, steel brush, 20 black plastic rods, 20 white plastic rods, 5 polish foams, steel mesh. Use our plastic repair kit to repair cracks, broken pieces for plastic parts.
Our plastic welding soldering iron can reach a maximum temperature of 1112°F, which is sufficient to melt even the hardest plastics. Comes with a toggle button to switch the plastic welding gun ON or OFF.
Our plastic welding kit is super easy to use. Pre-melt the broken plastic, insert a piece of metal mesh if reinforcement is needed, and add plastic rods to fill all the empty spaces. Plastic weld is super easy.
The triangular tips included are in small, medium, and large size. You can use the tip size in correspondence to the size of the actual crack in the plastic. 53cm of cord length.

It get hot enough to melt plastic, itâs simple. Does smoke a fair amount when you first turn it on but this goes away after its heat cycled

This is a nice product for the price. I like the fact that it has an on off switch and 3 different sizes to use depending on the job. Works well. I fixed my car plastic parts using it.

It worked!
So after searching for videos on welding plastic, I came across this product in technique. Once you see it and get one and do it, it makes total sense. Canât tell you how many pieces of broken plastic on cars Iâve thrown away over the years when I couldâve fixed them with this. Probably some of the best five dollars Iâve ever spent for a tool!

Metal heater for plastic!
Hey, it’s basically a solder iron / woodburner with a few triangular special bits for melting plastic. Not rocket surgery. It does the job. Will be handy to repair some plastics around the house and farm.
