A Lovely Set for Beginners
We got this for my granddaughter’s 10th birthday. She loves making jewelry. I read alot of reviews and since receiving it I am very pleased with this jewelry making set. The gemstones are lovely colors and it seems to be a fair amount of them for the money. They also appear to have precise minute cut holes in them, even on the tiniest stones. It also came with 2 spools of wire…silver & gold, a spool of fine elastic cord, small flat nosed pliers & very practical tweezers that work great in picking up the small items. The tools are a nice quality. The little butterflies are very lightweight like a thick tin. The other charms, etc. are of more substantial jewelry quality. The eye pins are on the small side so I got a longer set at a local store to add it. I have to say that the overall price for everything this set was well worth it. I got it on sale which was nice.Update… Our granddaughter began to use this set at her birthday party today after opening it. She had the girls make jewlery as favors to take home. They all loved it! It was interesting to see that the first thing the girls picked out were the little butterflies =)

Perfect for Beginners
I am definitely a beginner in making earrings, bracelets so this was a perfect kit. Everything looked like quality and was fine. The stones, & their colors and tools were very nice.* The only thing is some of the stones in each bunching had the holes drilled into the sides and not evenly drilled so you have to choose carefully for certain jewelry making items placements. I would have wished for them to all been drilled evenly lined up or in the middles. There are also some really tiny stones mixed in but if you need those as fillers then perfect. Makes for a wonderful Bracelet and earrings. Is it Lead Free, it is not listed in description so Ask the seller ?

Creativity in a box
This set has been incredible for both my 13 yr son and 10 yr daughter. They both have created multiple pairs of earrings and they just keep coming up with new ideas. The stones are little and harder to manipulate with long nails but the kids little fingers do just great.

Feelings are mixed
I bought this set because i wanted to make something special for Christmas and birthdays that are coming up. The plan was to make a set: necklace, bracelet, and anklet for 2 children. In the description it stated 1200 pieces in 20 colors (60 in each color) plus you get 170 pieces of other beads. In the third photo it looks like a decent amount. Mine does not come close to that, and a lot of the sizes of beads are extremely small. I understand that every stone will not be the same but, they are extremely small and thin not exactly what was expected. Everything else stated I received exactly how it was supposed to be and the stones ARE beautiful. This causes me to purchase another set of other beads to supplement what Iâm making. And I will have to change my designs because I wonât have the materials I thought I would. Hopefully I will get it before the birthdays and Christmas.
