Great Little Sucker
Just what I needed to repair old boards. The sucker works really well. Note the columns of solder it pulled from this circuit board in the photo. The Desoldering Wicks are icing on the cake. Very happy with this purchase.

Get what you pay for
Worked first couple of times then spring came off. Opened it up reattached and worked a few more times then snap. Spring again. So it works sorta I just have to keep reattaching the spring every 5 to 10 pumps about. It’s like a jack in the box , not sure when it’s going to pop but always anticipating it. Lol but think I bought one of the cheapest priced ones so as they say u get what you pay for but hey I still use it but definitely not for a frequent user but I’m sure a frequent user wouldn’t even look at anything like this anyway.

Above average desoldering pump and wick
Nice deal considering what you get. The pump is more comfortable to hold than most of the others on Amazon. The wick is nice quality and gets the job done.

Great value for the money.
The item works as it should, my only recommendation may be to use a different material for the tip. If you touch it with a soldering iron it will melt a little but it has no issue sucking up hot solder and spitting the cold solder back out.
So far I’m happy with the purchase. The price was good, the soldering iron worked fine. I’m a beginner so I just wanted the basics for a good price.December 21, 2024

This is a cheap addition, but I find a solder sucker much more helpful than wick. This one works great, its cheap, and is pretty comfortable for long evenings soldering.It also comes with wick, which I don’t personally like to use that much, but for the price I can’t complain at getting more for nothing.
