Great soldering station!!
Arrived very quick and was packaged very well. Have only used to test it so cant speak of longevity but seems well built. Heats up very fast and is a bargain for the money. I bought it to solder motors and such on rc cars.

Pretty awesome little solder station. It’s basic but it works and I’m super impressed for the cost point.I’ve been able to do a few small solder kits, repair a cars ECU, a key fob, and more with relative ease!I had to use my previous, giant, no temp control, iron the other day and wondered how I had ever done anything with it.

Not quite hot enough.
Bought to wire RC motors and it works fine but takes a while to heat up and I have to use it at near full power. Comfortable to use overall fine and cheap at the time of purchase.

Great unit
First time I ever used a soldering tool. I have no experience, I just needed to repair a wire for one of my childâs toys. Worked great, self explanatory. I would advise getting some type of holder for the wires you are soldering as it doesnât come with anything for that and that would have been very helpful.

Ugh – Not Worth It
Soldering iron connector broke after 1st use.Metal is thin and cheap quality. Very disappointed!!I contacted Tiswall for help, customer service wasnot helpful at all. Told âsorryâ they offered $8 credit.Yes, $8 credit on $50 soldering iron that is nowuseless. Absolutely frustrated, waste of money.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. There areseveral other choices instead of this company.I regret buying this soldering iron. Learn from mymistake, donât waste money on this.

Works very well for a compact unit
Works like a charm. Very stable temperature wise, even during long use. Stand makes it easy to store with no issues while you fiddle with wires. Great unit for a great price, and didnât take up my entire work area.

The packaging was very slick and effective. Very surprised at the quality of the design as well. The plastic is very sturdy, so if they don’t skimp on materials, it’s probably going to be great. The cord is cool too. It’s almost like rubber? But it’s not stiff and doesn’t catch on stuff. I’ve used it twice and it’s great

La estación es de material de buena calidad, robusto y aunque es toda de plástico es resistente al calor. El cautÃn es práctico, fácil de manejar y trae 5 puntas de gran calidad. Estando caliente cumple con su función satisfactoriamente. El único problema es el tiempo que demora en alcanzar la temperatura en general. Es algo demorado y pareciese que también le cuesta trabajo mantener la temperatrura puesto que aún una mÃnima corriente de aire, (como la de un extractor de vapores de soldadura) hace que pierda calor y necesite aumentarse en el control para mantener al cautÃn derritiendo el estaño. Sin embargo, en lo que a mi respecta, la estación me gusta y a pesar del defecto con la temperatura, me siento contento con ella y me funciona bien.

Per l’uso, non professionale, che ne faccio io è una stazione saldate valida e dal rapporto qualità prezzo estremamente interessante. La uso principalmente per saldare occasionalmente circuiti elettronici e, secondo me, è potente e comoda da utilizzare. Acquistata per sostituire un saldatore a penna di marca, senza regolazione della temperatura, che ormai, visti gli anni alle spalle, scaldava eccessivamente anche l’impugnatura. La stazione arriva ben imballata e tutti i componenti separati in diverse scatole. Il peso della stazione è i piedini gommati la tengono ben ferma sul banco da lavoro. La stazione è dotata di un potenziometro per la regolazione della temperatura e un led che lampeggia quando questa viene raggiunta. Mi ha sorpreso la velocità di riscaldamento.Il cavo del saldatore è molto flessibile e abbastanza leggero rendendo la saldatura confortevole. L’impugnatura e rivestita in silicone. La base d’appoggio del saldatore è ben bilanciata e i piedini in gomma la tengono ferma. La stazione arriva corredata da diverse punte e una paglietta per pulirle. Con la punta più sottile sono riuscito a fare la saldatura di un filo in un piccolo pin (vedi foto) che non sarebbe stato possibile eseguire con il mio vecchio saldatore. Prodotto consigliato

Very nicely packaged product. Soldering iron is made of a strong durable material and comes with extra tips. Heating up time is a little slow, but for the price thatâs fine.
