Soldering Practice Kit Star
This soldering kit is for beginners, not unlike most others Iâve seen that isnât great for teaching but is good for practicing. Youâll do well to have basic knowledge of electronics before starting, but that doesnât mean you canât do this even if you donât, especially since itâs the smallest beginnerâs kit Iâve ever seen with the fewest components. Itâs not rocket science, but it is science, so if you are adept at all with mechanics or electronics, you may enjoy the challenge. And if youâd like to use this to try and learn, you really canât beat the $5.99 current price to do so.

Save your time, look elsewhere!
There isn’t much to like about this kit and a lot to dislike! The “clear directions” are variations on this: “Install 33K Resistor at R6.” If you can’t recognize an unmarked 33K Resistor on sight, then forget this kit. You will also need to be able to recognize, on sight the following, a 22 OHM resistor, a 47K resistor, a 100 K resistor, a 47ul Capacitor, a LM358 chip, and an 8050-J3Y. They are all pictured in the ad photos at the top of the page. Take a look, if you can identify everything in the photo then you can assemble this kit. If you can’t close the page and look elsewhere.Also, don’t think the QR code will take you to the promised directions. It won’t. It will take you to a website that will show you pictures of other kits but, I promise you, no directions.If I could give negative stars I would. -5 stars
