Served it’s purpose. Quality build for excellent price.
I needed to solder in a new battery for one of my original Gameboy Color games. I’ve bought soldering tools elsewhere but this one by far is the best I’ve come across. Not just the price but the quality of product. The solder pen is light but the tips are not, I like that the tips are a durable sold metal. Previous soldering tool tips would dull extremely fast because the metal couldn’t handle the level heat from the gun or pen. Double that with use and they would dull extremely quickly. So these tips are fantastic. The cord is about 5 ft long. The pen fits nicely in my hand. Control is fluid. Heated quickly, stayed hot. Great little pen. I was happy that this bundle came with solder paste/flux and solder wiring. No extra purchases, all in one is very convenient. Flux worked great, the solder wire was average. It worked and now I can save my games lmao the only thing that would be nice is copper braids were included so i could clean old solder off but its not an essential in this case. Overall very happy with this product, especially considering it only cost 12 dollars. I’m not sure how it will do on big projects, although I’m sure it will do just fine, but it was perfect for what I needed.

Worth the cost.
As far as the basics go, itâs great. Does the job required, second one Iâve bought over the course of three years, and the other still works. The dial is a great function, and compared to other products of the same price and (listed)quality, seems to be the reason as to why these ones wonât burn out after a few minutes of possible use, as ones of the same or lower price tend to do often.

Came used. Didn’t want to deal with the return so I kept it. Other tips worked fine and did the job.
Works fine, but it came used with one of the tips oxidized with solder still on it from a previous owner. You get what you pay for!.

Hot hot hot
I bought this product to actually burn holes into a archway that I was doing for a business to light up the eyelights of a Halloween arch for props. This is also a great soldering gun. It does come with its own soldering pieces so you can solder, if you need to, if you have a small thing that needs to be replaced. The soldering gun seems to work.Just perfect for it cause I have had to reconnect some electronics.Make sure you get the right type of soldering

Needed a kit for the RV
Nice little soldering kit. I needed something that I could put in the RV just in case… Well so far, I have not needed it, but have used it several times for other purposes… and it works well… lives in my toolbox.

It’s a cheap Soldering Iron Kit perfect for people who want to do small jobs or just want to play around with soldering but it does feel cheap and I know it will one day just stop working but right now it works fine and does the job.
