For the price, CANâT BE BEATEN

Great kit for light-duty home projects
Not meant for heavy duty, high-heat, professional use, but great for simple light-duty home projects like repairing electronic circuit boards. Some customers complained of reliability issues, so time will tell.Pros:- Kit provides plenty of tools, like diagonal cutter was very good quality. Two tweezers were excellent home quality. Did not use solder-sucker but very useful to have on-hand. Did not need other small tools, but good to have if need.- Iron provides more than adequate heat for electronics; not sure about larger high-heat soldering. Temperature control good to prevent over heating. Supplied solder good.- Multiple tips, especially sharp tip for fine circuit board work.- Soldering stand spring-part a little too large, but still very useful; to avoid accidental finger burning.. Sponge good for cleaning tip.Cons:- Simple wire stripper did not work very well, best to use full-size tool; many options on Amazon.- Storage case a little flimsy but did the job, especially for the price.

Good soldering iron
This small soldering pencil type iron is one of the best I have ever used. The kit is more than complete. Has all you need to do small projects. It has a small temperature control knob that works great. Long enough cord. Comes with adequate holding stand. Only one thing to pay attention to is there is no indication whether it is hot/on or cool/off, be careful. I have used it several times already and absolutely recommend it.

Amazing little kit for 20 bucks
I’ve got a very nice solder station and Hakko hot air rework setup… but it’s all in storage from when my job made me move. This little kit does a lot for just $20 (think I got it on Black Friday sale). Great value for a small portable kit and nice little case. Everything you need, and a nice container of solder paste.

I recently had to use this soldering iron and it did the job. It heats up relatively quickly. My only issue is the case doesnât really secure the items in the kit very well so you really have to be careful each time you open it.

This is a great and complete kit with everything one needs. It includdes solder, flux, and even electrical tape. However, the soldering iron can do with a switch instead of the plug-and-play.

the only complaint. the threading on the nut that holds the tip is a little off the nut is kinda bent sideways like the threading was done poorly, which can cause wear and tear over time switching from tip to tip.
