Missing parts-updated
Missing the soldering tips except one in the unit itself, and the cloth material. Inside of the case is messed up, and case was completely open. I am honestly thinking about just returning it because the pieces I need aren’t even in it. Never even used it.They sent me a replacement that was complete, I have used it a couple times and I honestly love this. If you are doing small things that are not over complicated this is perfect for you.

As someone who work with electronic equipment a lot, I already have my pro equipment on my workbench. However, when I go visit some friends and they have a problem with some electronic devices that needs a quick soldering fix, I always wish I had my equipment with me to help.Well, this kit is the perfect soldering box to have with me in such case for emergency. Pretty Embarrasing Honestly
I knew it wouldn’t be amazing for the money, but I didn’t know it would be quite this bad.Sure you get a lot of ‘stuff’, but the soldering iron its self is almost useless, I’ve had 30w irons that recover and put out more heat than this thing, even setting it to 500C and touching a wire saps enough heat out for it to /not be able to solder two wires together/ yet it cheerfully shows the temp is still “500C”, it feels like using a well worn out cheap 15w iron with how little heat output it has, I genuinely can’t figure out what I’d use it for but its not even worth returning now that I’ve tinned one of the tips and had a go at using it.120w? Maybe they added a zero at the end, maybe mine is just defective, the “75w” station I have on my desk puts out more heat and recovers far faster than this “120w” iron and that’s really all the proof I need.

This Soldering iron surprised me, it heated up quite fast and was able to get simple soldering jobs done quickly. u would definitely recommend for someoneâs first purchase of a soldering iron, or even if you need a second soldering iron
