Saker believes he can bring as much convenience and enjoyment as possible to every American family. Do our best to turn the troubles and dangers of industrial work in popular impression into high efficiency and safety in the modern sense.
How did we get our start?
Saker wants to bring as much convenience as possible to more families, not only to provide professional tools for professionals, but also to make tools suitable for DIYers like ourselves.
What makes our products unique?
Saker is a tool brand with the most professional designers and operation teams, dedicated to providing simple and friendly tool products for families.
What problem are we solving?
Saker strives to transform the troubles and dangers of industrial work in the public impression into efficiency and safety in the modern sense.
NEW DESIGN:Saker soldering iron kit the design of the side can always observe the internal operation,it is also convenient to replace the heating core in the future, stainless steel casing,anti-corrosion and more durable.
INTEGRATED POWER SWITCH:Saker soldering has an integrated power switch, which is more energy-saving,safe to operate and use,and does not need to be plugged and unplugged frequently every time.
EASY TO USE:When using the handheld soldering kit for the first time,it must warm up for a few minutes,it is normal to have smoke and it will disappear after a few dozen seconds. Straighten the rated tin wire, press the tin inlet, insert it from the inlet until it touches the tip of the soldering iron, stop threading until the wire is delivered to the mouth of the tin guide, then pull the trigger and it will work properly.
ONE-HANDED OPERATION:Smart saker soldering iron kit feeds the welding wire through a stepper motor, allowing you to solder effortlessly with one hand Without feeding solder with the other hand,When it is necessary to withdraw or replace the tin wire when it is stopped, just push the plate direction upwards and take out the tin wire at the same time.
SAFETY DESIGN:Smartsaker soldering gun uses an anti-bend tail wire to prevent the wire from bending during use, which can effectively improve the service life.Self reset ratchet trigger buckle has self reset function and good ratchet forward feeling.
WIDE USED:Saker soldering iron widely used for welding circuit board, appliance repair, jewelry and metal headdress making, computer, and DIY.Very suitable for beginners, welders, basic household equipment, welding engineer training, etc.
Customers find the soldering iron easy to use and a great tool for small jobs. They appreciate its soldering ability and design. However, some customers have reported issues with the heat level not getting hot enough for solder to melt properly, wire jamming, and build quality being poor. There are mixed opinions on functionality.

Works perfect
Only used it one time with no problems when I get more usage out of it I will update this review.

THE HEAT GUN DOES NOT GET HOT ENOUGH ON 8 GAUGE WIRENO
NOT HOT ENOUGH ON HEAVY WIRE TAKES TO LONG TOHEAT

A little hard to get used to but it’s great once you get the hang of it
The wire feeds with a ratchet style gear setup inside. One pull of the trigger feeds about 2 or 3 inches of wire, so it’s very controllable. The thing you have to watch out for is the wire bunching up inside at the spot where it feeds into the tube. This only happened a couple of times until I got used to using it. Make sure the surface of what you are soldering is good and hot before you pull the trigger, if you do that it will work just fine. The only thing I didn’t like is the spool holder, it will not hold the 1lb spools. However, the way it’s made, you can make your own spool holder out of some sheet metal and attach it to the gun pretty easily. I’m old fashioned and was very skeptical about this setup, but after using it for a while, it is worth the money. I still use my pen style iron, but when I have a lot of soldering to do, I pick up the spool gun.

Sorry, it’s not worth the money
I have been using solder and soldering irons and soldering guns since the presence of “vacuum tubes” (for the young, that’s all that preceded before the transistor). I’m and electrical engineer and have a collection of soldering irons from very early through to the electric soldering guns of today. This “Welding Gun” can’t Weld, and has a hard time soldering. The idea is great but the implementation of a good idea isn’t working for this product. I believe that the basic problem with this product is the solder provided with the “Welding Gun”, and the tolerances that can be obtained with the “closeness” of the solder to the heated tip of the gun. Sorry, but I was looking for something that works.

Feeding problems need redesign
This is a very handy tool and solves the problem of needing 3 hands to solder wires together. However, the solder has to feed through a metal tube on its way to the soldering tip. Before exiting, the solder goes through a plastic tip. The inside diameter of this plastic tip is smaller than that of the metal tube and the solder jams there when you attempt to load solder. It’s nearly impossible to load solder when the gun is horizontal but doable if you point the gun down and push it through manually. This is the cause of the jamming problem that others have reported. I had to make modifications to that tip for it to work better. The inside has to be shaped like a funnel for the solder to center itself and enter the smaller hole in the plastic feed tip. Other than this, it was a great value. This problem only occurs when you are feeding in a new roll of solder. Once that is done, it works like a charm.

takes 4 min to heat up
easy to work with

Well worth it
This thing is well worth it. You have to be careful threading the solder through, but just open the compartment so you can see what’s going on. I didn’t and ended up not aiming it correctly and squished a bunch in the chamber. As someone who fixes maps and mixers and a lot of kid toys, this is like finally having the third hand I’ve always needed. I think it’s great!

Learning curve
For the price, worth it. A great idea for one handed soldering. It’s not the most durable of soldering guns but for the price a good step into learning to use this kind of gun. The only thing that is a hassle is getting the line to feed into the feed tube going to heating tip. It has to go in absolutely straight which is not easy with such a thin line, I had to open the little door and feed it correctly with a tweezers.
