This product stopped working within one week but because it was a gift it was out of the time frame of being returned.Update:The seller responded to my review by offering a refund but required me to respond Γ’ΒΒfull refundΓ’ΒΒ if I wanted to receive a refund. I thought that was a little weird since thereΓ’ΒΒs no doubt anyone would want their $ back when the item I purchased didnΓ’ΒΒt workΓ’ΒΒ¦ I responded to their message with the necessary response and itΓ’ΒΒs been a few weeks and the only response I keep getting is that they are not in office. Why even offer me a refund and request me to jump through hoops to get the refund that I truly am owed only to ignore me once I jump through themΓ’ΒΒ¦

Came defective
The product wouldn’t charge using the provided cord. All lights flashed but wouldnt turn on. Want me to bring it somewhere, or pay $8 to have it picked up if I want a refund.
