This thing is great
Fixed a cracked motorcycle fairing (stitched up the cracks so they don’t move and make noise, although the crack lines are still visible because I didn’t feel like doing a cosmetic repair – I just wanted them to quit squeaking. I could have used it to fill the cracks then sand and repaint if I had wanted to. Heats up almost instantly and included lots of heat staples. I also repaired a busted picture frame. The thing pretty much paid for itself immediately from the first use. Definitely recommend.

I donât know where this has been all my life
Awesome addition if you are a DIY type of person. I can believe all the stuff I threw out cuz JB weld or super glue didnât hold up. Just get one, you will find a use for it. Fixed 2 four wheeler fenders and an air box in the short time I have had it. It paid for itself since a used air box was $40.

Great way to repair 40 year old auto plastic parts.
Works really well and a great kit with lots of different shape staples. Used this to repair cracked and broken 40+ year plastic parts on a Fiat Spider. Very happy.Practice on some scrape plastic first to get the trigger timing down. Don’t hold the trigger too long.

Great product
I used this to fix a 4″ long crack in a kayak. It was very easy to use. It comes with many staples of different profiles. No complaints. It was actually fun to use.

Worked perfect
Took a minute or two to perfect the technique with this but worked perfect. Have one of those outdoor toddler play sets that had a crack in it. Not anymore.

Got fried after the second use
I bought it 5 days ago, only used it twice and it started smoking during the second use and fried the inside. Hopefully the seller sends a refund or one that will last.

Works perfect, could be sturdier
Complete set in a pretty good storage case. Everything organized and plenty of different staples or meshes to get you started.So far i used it to weld a car bumper together after an accident and it is super easy to use. When warmed up fully (it is a bit slower than other welders i used but not by a lot) You just melt them I’m where the crack is and snip the ends when cooled off. Creates a strong and flexible bonding and is much cheaper than buying a new part in many cases.Plastic shell on welder itself is made out of hard plastic that does not feel extremely sturdy. I doubt it would survive accidental drop from 2-3 feet. But the value is amazing especially with everything included
