Terrible. Won’t melt the solder it came with at the highest heat setting!
Sorry, but this product is a joke. After many tries including multiple recharges, it won’t melt the solder it came with, even when put on level 3 (highest heat). In addition, when on setting 3 it depletes its battery in less than a minute. So basically it’s 100% useless. Other annoying design flaws: 1) having to hold the button down for 5 seconds to turn it on (needs a dedicated off/on switch with a CLEAR on/off light/indicator; 2) having to cycle through the three heat settings instead of just having a single switch that sets the heat; 3) position of the heat-level/on/off button is right where you want to hold the device so you are constantly inadvertantly changing the setting, 4) as per #1, having to hold the button down for 5 secs to turn it off and no clear on/off indicator means, you really have no idea if this thing is on or off…which is dangerous; 5) recharge time is pretty long…like 30 minutes…so again, adding to the complete failure.

It’s okay.
Actually, if the timeline to return want up, I would probably send it back. I used it once, really quickly, and when I got it out to use again, a couple weeks later, the battery had already gone dead. So I had to charge it again before I could use it.Also, the one guy who said the solder that comes with it is no good, well he’s 100% correct. Don’t even try to use it, it is worthless!
