Works perfect.
If you need to shrink shrink tubing or heat shrink butt connectors this is perfect. I also use it when I need to solder larger gauge wires. It easy to use it has a lot of adjustment in flame size. Itâs really almost impossible to see the flame out side in the day light. You may not see itâs on so be careful not to burn yourself or other surroundings

not even a good paperweight!
This is just an oversized butane lighter of the same quality that never works like it’s supposed to! I filled this “torch” a bit and tried it and it came on with a nice long powerful blue flame, ONLY ONCE. ThenI filled it substantially up and tried it again and all it put out was a big yellow, low-heat flame that did not adjust with the supposed adjuster. I messed with it for awhile and after a minute it would not ignite at all, just spew out gas that I could hear. The fuel shutoff didn’t shut the flow off either, the “hands free” position didn’t keep teh flame going and when i didn’t get qa blue only flame it was very weak and short , about like most butane lighters after the first use.finially, it’s not a good paper wieght because it’s too light.

Repeated Failure
I originally purchased this torch in Dec. 2020 and it worked great until a gold metal piece fell out of the center while I was using it. I contacted the vendor who said if I bought another one from them they would refund my money, which I did. I purchased a second butane torch April 27 and now THAT torch has the exact same problem as the first one. The little gold round piece that fits inside the torch fell out as I was using it and when I put it back in, it will no longer work unless I have an outside fire source light it while Iâm holding down the red button.And now I see if I buy a replacement, the price has gone up to $60!!I really, really like this torchâ¦when it works.The vendor has refunded my money and they have been easy to work with. Three stars for customer service.

Waiting 2 weeks to receive it from US just to be disappointed. This unit just love to burn and i mean it. definitely there is a problem with thefuel adjustment lever and shut off button. shuch a shame very good presented torch with case with foam instert and plenty of tips but not working properly.

This thing is a PAIN in the BUTT to get Fluid into it and then it only lasts maybe long enough to cook one thing so if you’re cooking for more than one person I suggest buying a different one. When it works it works decently (which is the reason for the 2 stars) otherwise, having to stop cooking and refill it after 2 or 3 minutes of use is quite a pain in the Proverbial BUTT!
