Not bad…Time function is retarded
Cool kit if you follow directions. The way it keeps accurate time is the dumbest crap Ive ever witnessed. Guess will see in a day or so. Not bad…

No instructions and it didn’t work
First of all, this is a great idea. It’s a practice set to help with leaning to solder. My first critique is that there should be a guide or some detailed instructions with this kit. It comes with a piece of paper and a diagram of the circuit but that doesn’t help you if you have no idea what these items are or what the diagram means. Why is there not step-by-step, pictured instructions that come with this? Also, instructions on troubleshooting any issues after the completion of the project would be nice as well. What happens if you finish the project and it doesn’t work? What do you do? Did you do something wrong or are there faulty parts? How do you check? Well, that’s what happened to me. I finished soldering everything up and it just didn’t work.By the way, because of the lack of instructions I ended up having to search the item on YouTube for a how to video. Even then, the video I found looks like it’s an earlier version of the kit I had.The ONLY reason I gave this 2 stars and not 1 is because I still got to practice soldering. I probably wouldn’t have used the clock anyway if it did work but that’s not the point.
