The Hakko CHP 00D-SA pattern 00D fine-point tweezers have a straight flat tip and serrated grip for use in electronics assembly applications. The flat tip provides strong gripping strength and the serrated shaft provides a secure grip. The internally serrated tip provides a secure grip when working with thin materials. The non-magnetic stainless steel construction resists corrosion. The tweezers is 4-3/4″ (120mm) long.
American Hakko Products manufactures soldering and desoldering tools. The company, founded in 1984, is headquartered in Valencia, CA.

Exactly what I needed, good and solid, but able to grasp the diamond drills I’m using firmly.
I got these for placing diamond drills with a good pair of tweezers. This was my fourth try to get one that worked, but the others were too flimsy to pull a drill in the wrong place. This one is perfect.

Very good quality
Bought for work, use for wire wrap removal. This is the grabbiest, best set of tweezers I own. Would definitely buy again if needed.

No issues
Have had them about six months and used them several times and no issues.

Thick and sturdy tweezers.
They seem to be of good quality, and very sturdy. The points allight almost perfectly and the metal seems fairly thick and should make for a good set of tweezers. I was able to pick up individual grains of salt and create a single line.Rough and unpolished on the inside, but nothing to complain about based on the price. The tweezers state they are made in Italy.

1 good 1 not so good
I ordered two identical tweezers with grips and serrated tips. However, I received two different ones. I am happy with the actual one I ordered, its very sturdy, has a strong grip, and is exactly what I was looking for to replace my aging Techni-tool set. The other one I received is thinner, weaker and non-serrated. It’s a good pair of tweezers, but not what I needed. For the price, it’s a good deal, but you might not get what you order.

Five Stars
Very good construction and quality. It’s a great deal for $5.It did arrive with a slight bend due to poor packaging. The item was shipped loose in a padded envelope instead of a box like it should have been. I would give 5 stars otherwise.

the best tweezers out there
these are the best tweezers out there! fine tip, serrated, will grab anything and they are precision – the tips always close perfectly

Good Quality
These are decent quality tweezers. The tips align and they are just stiff enough, without being overly stiff to overcome the inferior metal. I previously purchased a set of 6 black ESD tweezers that were about 1/2 the price of these. Wish I had spotted these first as could have saved some money and grief. Not in the same league as A. Dumonts & Fils, (Swiss) but still superior to the Black ESD labeled ones. Mine did state they were made in Italy, and not China.

Awkward size (it’s huge) and not as pointy of a tip as I was expecting.
