Did not work well for me.
Used a torch to melt and almost destroyed the jewelry I was trying to fix. This only melted once the piece was LITERALLY, red hot and risked compromising the piece. It’s possible, I may not have the experience to use this BUT I solder delicate computer equipment/boards and understand having to work with delicate pieces. I get that this is 2 totally different types of material and medium so I played did a few test runs to get a feel for using it. Maybe I’m just a total noob that didn’t understand how to use the product despite researching and watching video tutorials. I used a torch as recommended but still has no positive results. Again, maybe it was just me.

Photos are totally deceptive – and wrong
Photos show this being used on an electronic circuit board. Melting point for this is 738 degrees °C. Typical electronic solder is <230°C and soldering iron temperature is 350°C, If you tried to use this on a circuit board, it would burn out all the nearby electronics.

This did not work to fix a silver ring, I needed to repair.

The coil of wire is only an Inch across and looks much larger in the picture. It’s miss leading
