Perfect for homemade pasta and handling delicate food
I learned to make fresh pasta in Italy last month and wanted to practice my new skills once I got home. Knowing that I needed to preserve the pasta water, I didnât want to dump the whole pot into a colander. I tried using a pasta utensil but the ridges were too small to pick up a large amount and it took forever. A slotted spoon was no better. I remembered the Italian chef using substantial tweezers so I did the same. These are perfect for the task! They have a nice weight to them, hold a punch of cooked pasta without breaking it, and the finer tweezers do a great job of putting delicate little bits of zest, culinary flowers from our garden, herbs, etc. in exactly the right place for our dishes to look and taste amazing. Would absolutely recommend these to a friend.

They work!
Best set of extra fingers on the market! I made some homemade onion rings, outstanding! Excellent for picking up batter laden onion rings and putting them in the deep fryer and removing them when finished! Something roll under the fridge, tongs par excellence! Let your imagination think of other jobs for these great tools!

The best deal in cooking utensils
I have seen these utensils for $25 each in high end kitchen stores. These are identical and much more affordable. Get these! Very handy for picking up pot stickers, vegetables, meat, etc.
