It works great. But use caution.
It seems to work well. Cleaned a couple rings very well. I also tried to clean eye glasses. The first old pair I tested with warm water and a small amount of dawn detergent cleaned well. So I tried my current glasses and my wife’s. My eyeglasses cleaned very well and I’m happy with them. However, it damaged the coating on my wife’s glasses and now areas are very cloudy looking. Tried eyeglass cleaner on them afterwards but the cloudiness remains. It must have damaged the coating. All three pairs of glasses are made of the same materials.The description of this cleaner shows eyeglasses in the photo. So I didn’t expect this to happen. Again, it was a small amount of dawn dishwashing liquid, and warm water (set around 95 degrees F, 35C), cleaning both pairs together for 10 minutes. Be careful cleaning your eyeglasses this way. Hers are a couple years old, perhaps that affected the binding of the coating on the lenses. The old pair I tried first is much older, at least 10 years old. So again, I didn’t expect to see damage to her glasses.I bought this to use in my garage, to clean parts and tools. It works very well for that. i put several older wrenches in the machine, they now look like new. i expect that the next carburetor i need to clean will come out just as well. although i had issues cleaning glasses, I’m still very satisfied with this cleaner and I’m glad i made this purchase!

It’s noisy
It’s pretty small, I thought it would be bigger. It’s straight forward and easy to use. It takes a while to get up to temperature and then continues to get warmer. It gets the items clean. It works wonders on my glasses. But it is very noisy and I’m not thrilled with that.

Very Happy
For the size and price this is a solid value. I run a small motorcycle tuning shop and gave up on the HF ultra sonics and tried this one. I use this a couple hours a day and it’s run for almost a week straight at it’s longest. Yes overnight with a mild degreaser. I’ve had mine for about 4 months now and it’s still kicking. I’d say it a pretty good value and has been durable for me.

Product died in 10 months. Company technical support gave me the run around.
The cleaner died in 10 months. Despite the website saying that the warranty was a year, I’m told that the boards inside only had a 6 month warranty. When I initially contacted the company about it not working I suddenly had to be their technician. I had to take the unit apart multiple times and send them pictures of all the boards. Then the told me to make sure a certain part was seated properly, yet gave me no explanation as to exactly which part that was. Next it was unhook the fan on the bottom and try again. After weeks of back and forth I put the damn thing in the trash. Which is what I suspected they wanted all along. Needless to say I won’t be doing business with them again. This was a $170 cleaner. I expected better support.

Works Great
This thing works Great. Heats up quickly, and boy does it clean stuff. I wish i had gotten a larger 1. This 1 is just a little short to fit a intake manifold. I have to flip it and spin it several times to get all of the places cleaned.For all those users who complain about the noise, its and ultrasonic cleaner. It does make noise but its cleaning. it works.

Device smells like its hot all the time its turned on
Unboxed the unit and was impressed with the looks for the price. Plugged it in with the supplied power cord. While filling the tank with distilled water I noticed the odor of burning electrical. I stopped filling it anymore for fear it was about to short out and I would have to return it already. Decided after letting it sit for 30 minutes to continue filling it with water. Once it was full I took a shot and turned on the first test cycle. It ran without issue and I could see the water agitating from all area of the tank. I ran it this way for 15 minutes and kept smelling the odor. I shut it off and let it sit for about 2 hours and monitored it during this time. It never blew a fuse, tripped a breaker, anything. I ran it again with a beaker of solution and some parts and they came out clean. It looks to be ok and appears to be working but the electrical odor has me worried to ever walk away from it plugged in our running without being ready to quickly unplug it from the wall when it shorts out or goes up in smoke. I worry about it burning down my lab. Not sure if I will keep it or send it back.

Avoid. If it were hot garbage, it would at least warm up. Its been on for 6 hours and the tank has not budged a degree to the set point.

I’ve had the product since July. Last week turned it on and it went bang. Contacted Zelus who replied within a day.Asked me to send photos which I did. They replied could I take the bottom off and picture internals which I did. They offered to send circuit board out to fit myself. I was worried that would effect the warranty and asked for a refund which they did immediately.I would use them again purely on their customer service but perhaps not on the actual product.
