Good starter kit with everything to get started
Not my first order from PMC Supplies and wonât be my last. Kit has all the basics to get started and learn if soldering is something youâll enjoy. The only thing needed separately will be butane fuel as they donât sell this (very easy to find and not expensive).

Complete set, good price
Exactly as described, and cheaper than other places I found this. Doesn’t come with butane fuel; order that on your own. I forgot mine, so I had to wait a few extra days to get started.Update: I’ve tried it out and it works great! The flux was a little dry, but I added some distilled water and it bounced right back. The solder paste is so easy! I’m a total novice but I am pretty proud of my first attempts!

Great kit!
This kit is perfect for starting out. Youâll just need to get a different torch cause this one is a bit janky.

Decent
A decent starter pack for beginners, my only gripe is that the torch stopped working after the second use so I had to go buy another one and the pickle pot doesn’t have any temperature control. Aside from that, everything arrived in one piece.

It’s a great starter kit!
You’ll need a few more things for options pending on your project. Shipping was a little slower than I wanted, due to excitement. But it’s a great starter kit.
