This soldering kit worked well!
The Screen was damaged during shipping apparently. The outer and inner boxes were both intact and undamaged. Contents were not held in place very well. Is a packing issue with the initial company, their packaging needs improvement. Thanks! Replacement Product was sent out to me right away! Grateful for that! Many Thanks!P.S. The replacement soldering iron worked very well. I like how the temperature can be controlled to match what’s being worked on. Quick heat up! NO WAITING! Thanks!

Decent.
Mostly good. The parts that came with it are of quality. However, the station could be a lot better in the station function itself. There is no place for solider spool. The dampening pad is set under the holding station. Though I am unhappy with that aspect; I would recommend this for someone who just needs the iron and power supply. These problems can be fixed easily, as spool adapter and a front tray that i am doing myself. These product is good, but, it wouldn’t take much to make it better.

For the price very good
Let me first caveat by saying that I don’t have experience with high-end hacko it other soldering irons, as I am technically an amateur. That’s it, for what this thing costs, it gets the job done. The solder that comes with it however, not so good. Ended up pitching it. Definitely order yourself some better solder and better flux when you buy this

Heats up quickly
Lots of nice accessories which I really didn’t need. I don’t really care for all the digital stuff and settings, but it does the job well enough. I should have purchase the less expensive one with an analogue dial for the temperature.

Amazing value
Not as well made as a Japanese made soldering station. But for the money I’ll get this over the expensive one again. You could buy several of these for the cost of a single Japanese one.Instructions are hard to understand bit not so bad you can’t figure it out. Mostly it’s plug in and go.

No joke, just like many others said, within seconds it burnt itself out. The temp control circuit is garbage and sent the thing through the roof. Made a puff of smoke and an audible POP and the ceramic heater was toast…. quite literally. Apparently there have been many others with this same issue. I figured it was an early issue and had been fixed since the initial release but apparently not or they still have old stock they’re selling because I was shocked that this did this. Otherwise this was literally the perfect soldering set for me. The display was very nice and easy to read. The iron itself was comfortable and easy to use. Just the circuitry let it down in a big way. I put in for a replacement but it never arrived. Seller claimed it was out of stock. Just AVOID THIS ONE at all costs. Don’t be like me and think “oh that’ll never happen to me!” It will and you’re just wasting your time. With both trying out this faulty item and by patronizing this seller. Trash trash TRASH!
