Works great
It is as advertised works in my 2009 Silverado 1500 5.3 gas not flex perfectly for way cheaper then the other ones I was looking at but they had other feature for newer rides like not shutting off at traffic lights way after my trucks time now if they could just give me back my remote start ?

So far I have not seen it go into V4 mode
I have had this installed in my wife’s 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali for about a week. We have gone on a few small trips and a one hour trip. I have kept an eye on the Instant economy screen that shows if the engine is in V4 or V8 mode and it has not gone into V4 mode since installation. After some research into these AFM disable devices, the consensus seems to be that it is inconclusive whether this provides any benefit to preventing collapsed and spun lifters. I am on board with these AFM devices simple for not having the engine stumble back and forth between V4/V8 modes when driving in down. It had a fairly frequent and very noticeable stumble when accelerating under low RPM and light load conditions where you were on the edge of V4 mode and going into V8 mode.The build quality on this device is top notch and the housing is very solid feeling. I have left it plugged in for over a week and have yet to have an issue with a dead battery. I suspect that those running into issues have marginally good batteries, and even a light load drains the battery to the point that it is “dead”, however I cannot be sure. My wife’s car has an AGM battery that was installed a few months ago after the old one was tested and found to be on the edge of failure.

Wish I I would have purchased this sooner, I got my truck zooming now! It is easy to install, durable piece of equipment, just plug and play. I can tell the difference instantly! It works, I think
I think this thing works, put it in my 2012 Silverado. This truck guzzles gas and I noticed by using this device the truck didn’t drink as much gas, noticeable by a bit. It also gives it a little bit of a get up and go at lights not as laggy when taking off.

I bought this an it done quit working after 1 day
Just got it in the mail an it don’t work
