This tin and lead rosin core solder works well. Not an RoHS compliant product, but it’s fine for home hobbyist projects.

Much better than todays lead free solder common today
Iâm not a fan of the lead free products on the market today. Yes I understand the issues that come with using a product that contains lead, but in my opinion the new solder can not perform as good as the older stuff. Bonds much better and easier to the item itâs being applied to with the proper preparation of course. Perfect joints time and time again with out needing to overheat item, due to failed attempts, or worse yet leaking joints if used in a plumbing application, of course in a non potable application that is, not drinking water lines. Works great for crafters of stained glass items, wiring connections such as in electronics or anywhere else you want a good joint the first time.
