Great all-in-one unit
Update: I’ve been using this for a few months now and I am still impressed by it every time I use it. It heats up super, super fast – literally seconds and it’s to temp. My other iron takes at least a minute so I find myself reaching for this 99% of the time as my primary and running my old iron as a secondary with a different tip. I really cannot recommend this enough, it is a steal at this price.This is the perfect iron for beginners or as a portable station for the more experienced.Heats up super, super fast even with a heavy tip. Speaking of tips, if you’re buying this grab some wedge tips. The pencil tip included (and included with every other iron) is basically useless. This uses 900M style tips, they are plentiful and cheap. The sponge works well if that’s your preferred method. Don’t forget to add a little bit of water.The display is good – nice and bright. Long pressing the center button opens a menu in which you can change from farenheit to celsius. The built in alligator clips have are easy to move around, have a large range of motion and hold their position well.Overall pretty happy with it. It will be used for automotive soldering as it’s everything baked into one little unit and is perfect for that.

The soldering iron is good but I did not receive any of the accessories listed which include the , 6x Soldering tips, Roll of Lead-free Solder Wire (35g), 3x ESD-Safe tweezers, SMD Vacuum Pick-up and Cleaning sponge to provide an optimal experience for your work.

Works, helper clips sturdy yet still adjustable.
It’s as described, an adjustable temperature stick soldering iron. Only lacking issue is the iron rest. It is useable but doesn’t seem sized for included iron. Iron fits very loose and sits at an angle in the holder. The hot tip does not touch anything, so the holder does what it’s supposed to do. The iron did smoke / fume some, but that is typical of a new iron. It was just fine after 3-5 minutes. The unit does have a small calibration screw for those looking for accuracy. That’s beyond what my typical use needs.
