great for placing small crystals
this work so well that I am glad I purchased them. Shipping was quick and well packaged. I can pick up the tiny crystals and place them quickly without dropping them or losing them. My husband has also used these for working on clocks and watches with ease. Great buy and well made. Highly recommend them for small and delicate work.

Great idea, lots of room for improvement
To set the locking mechanism with my thumb, I have to reposition the tweezers to reach it. That means if I’m holding anything tiny and/or delicate that requires a certain pressure be maintained, not a bit more, I can’t pull it off. What a shame, locking them is other wise so intuitive, and it’s wonderful how easy it is to set a desired pressure for the lock, yet they’re rendered useless to me.Update: they earned a star back. I was working with a very small set screw, and thought about how these would be perfect… and they were.
