Instructions
1. Choose a suitable soldering iron tip. How to replace soldering iron tip: Remove soldering iron tip fixing screw; pull out soldering iron tip; replace with a new soldering iron tip; tighten soldering tip fixing screw (first tighten M3 screw, then M4 screw). (Note: When replacing the soldering iron tip, unplug power plug first and wait for soldering iron tip to cool down before operation.)
2. Place soldering iron on the soldering iron holder, connect power supply, heating wire starts to heat normally, working indicator light turns on, and it works after about 3 minutes.
3. When work finished, put soldering iron handle into soldering iron stand, unplug power cord. When plastic melted, smoke will be produced, which may cause physical discomfort if inhaled. Ventilation measures must be taken and a protective mask must be worn before operation.
Maintenance and precautions
1. Do not squeeze soldering iron tip violently during operation, and do not hit objects with the soldering iron.
2. Remove the soldering iron head regularly and clean the oxide on the soldering iron head.
3. While the soldering iron head is cooling, use a steel brush to clean the plastic on the soldering iron head to keep the soldering iron clean.

Does the job, but be prepared to have your patiences tested, and a good part of your day spent. It would honestly be easier to have a glue gun hot enough to melt this type of plastic, especially for many projects.The triangular shaped tip is small and only ideal for small and quick projects. Everything else is fine, but the size and strength of the gun makes it challenging to have a productive day.
