Introduction to circuit principle
U1: CD4060 is a 14-stage two-frequency counter with an oscillator. R14, R15, RP1, C1 and U1’s 9, 10, and 11 pins form an oscillator, and the oscillation frequency is adjusted by RP1. Power on Initially, the U1-12 pin of the timing clock generator is cleared and reset, and each output stage is low. As the oscillator oscillates, Q4-Q14 of the output terminal U1 outputs progressively in binary form, and the three groups of LEDs also turn on and off with the change of the high and low levels of the output terminal. When a certain terminal outputs a high level, the corresponding group of LEDs is off. When the output is low, the corresponding group of LEDs will light up. The three-stage transistors Q1, Q2, and Q3 play a driving role, and D13, D14, and D15 play a cyclic reset role. Q5, Q6, Q7 of U1 are reset when they are all high. The music is controlled by the buzzer to make a tone through the output frequency of the music triode.
Notes
1. The soldering time should not be too long, 1-3 seconds, otherwise the copper sheet will fall off. If it is not soldered once, remove the soldering iron and solder it again. Be sure to take a good look at the production pictures and text, distinguish the positive and negative poles, and pay attention to the white silk screen welding of the corresponding components when welding;
2. The vibration switch must be close to the circuit board, not high on one side and low on the other;
3. The long leg of the LED light is the positive electrode, and the short leg is the negative electrode

Updated circuit design not on schematic
Well its for practice only, but the circuit is newer looking than what is listed on tiny paper schematic. Not what was shown on ordering page Amazon. No where to get updated schematic. Just using it to teach the grand kids, so I hope it works out.
