Poor documentation, but excellent support!
The instructions for F to C conversion and sound on/off do not work. Further instructions for temperature calibration, Iron sleep time, and iron temperature calibration also do not work, and the latter 2 refer to a non-existent “soldering iron emergency stop switch”.The “manual” included has a warranty card on the back where they guarantee a satisfactory email response within 24 hours or immediate phone support, but they don’t include the email address or phone number with the product, on the listing, in the manual, or on their amazon store.The item was well packaged, although the box is marked “FRIGILE”.I have tried the soldering iron briefly to tin one of the included tips. It seems to have heated quickly and completely.UPDATEWithin hours of attempting to contact them through Amazon, they have emailed and will be investigating the documentation and working with me to determine if it is a defective item or just unclear instructions. They have been very responsive and I have adjusted my review to reflect the high level of customer service. I will adjust my review further as we resolve this issue and I can put the station through some testing and usage.UPDATE 2The promised follow ups with clearly defined instructions arrived and works perfectly. I could swear I tried some of these steps before without success. The only difference I believe may have been that I used the hot air station to test it out earlier yesterday. I had previously tried the soldering iron portion. Now I will begin using the station and see how well it performs.We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing you with the updated version of the manual. Below, you will find the optimized product function setting instructions that have been carefully reviewed and confirmed by our engineers. NOT ESD Safe!!!
I bought this for some soldering work on digital electronics. Despite claiming to be antistatic, it had accumulated a massive enough staic charge that it shocked me on arrival. Literally discharged. Even if this had a grounding clip or the like, the fact that it was that staticky is a huge red flag it is not safe around electronics.

Great matt
Disassemble Johnny5 and put him back together on the matt. I like it, I’m not sure where I can stick some of the tools I use on the matt but it’s great for keeping screws and smaller assembly organized.Wouldn’t mind a bigger matt with a left and right side

Nice, But is super thin and flimsy.
It is super flimsy. Like a soft/Pre cooked tortilla. Its good though, considering its fully inclusive and cheaper than other options on the market. Would be scared that the heat goes through and damages something. ANyways, decent matt but there are Way better options out there for only a Couple or a Few Bucks more. Nice orange color but since its so thin, its kinda discolored in different spots.
