Circuit Description:
This circuit through the two potentiometers, and three self-locking switches to adjust the flow of 81 (9×9) LED speed and style, showing the effect of chasing. Two NE555 as two clock sources, clock signals were sent to two counters CD4017 CLK pin. Under the action of the clock pulse, the CD4017 +progressive counter to start counting, from the 10 outputs in turn output a high level, a continuous cycle. 81 light-emitting diodes are lit in turn!

This is a great kit to build a large 81 LED light chaser. Detailed instructions are available by performing a quick search online. The circuit board identifies the; components, their locations, values, & polarity where required. The switch locations are marked on the circuit board with little rectangles to identify their correct orientation. The LEDs can be installed on wired extensions to facilitate their installation in an orientation as per your project needs. I used this kit to add to a clock project to simulate a sweep second hand.Enjoy
