Just a chick with crazy brows- NOT a paid review
These are actually pretty decent tweezers (esp considering how hard good tweezers are to find!). Now, are they as good as Tweezerman? No, not quite- BUT they’re def a close 2nd to me.It has been a nightmare trying to find a decent pair of tweezers that didn’t also cost an arm and a leg. I need them to be able to pull the “full length” stragglers I find randomly, here and there.. and I also need them to pull new hairs that have barely broken the surface of the skin- specifically THAT hair and not the ones next to it, too (apparently, that’s asking a lot! lol).These tweezers are SUPER sharp, so they’re really good for selecting specific individual hairs. They’re also sharp enough to sorta “scrape” the little hairs that haven’t quite broke the surface or the ones that grow sorta sideways or might be stuck under some of the dead skin I tend to get underneath the start of my brow from multiple attempts to pluck hairs with the other subpar tweezers. These tweezers might actually be a little TOO sharp tho bc if you’re not careful, you can easily injure yourself.The grip is also pretty good- combined with how sharp they are, I had issues with the tweezers actually cutting the hairs off instead of plucking them out so you have to be careful with that. You’ll want to make sure your “aim” is right before you pinch bc you will most def know if your aim was off and/or skin was accidentally grabbed with the hair. They’re def too sharp to make that mistake too often.The only issue I had was having to make multiple attempts to get certain hairs. It seemed like there was better grip more towards the middle of the tweezers instead of at the point or along the entire edge and that made it hard to get short hairs. However, compared to the poor quality of most other tweezers I’ve tried, it’s not bad. I’ve already lost the first pair of these that I bought and I’m here to buy another pair now and I’m not even upset about it bc the price is so great. Tweezerman tweezers are def pretty great, but for being so small and easily lost or misplaced, it’s just not worth it. Hope this review helps!

First of all, not all tweezers are equal. The price of an item IS NOT an indicator of its value or quality either.I like to do my homework and read the opinions and ratings of knowledgeable websites when I am making alot of my purchases. I like knowing that I am keeping up with what is available on the market.My TweezerGuru Professional Slant tweezers have a good feel when I hold them. They are not awkward or annoying to hold. BUT, the precision of these tweezers was something that I had to get used to. Seriously, you need to check your aim before you “pinch”. These tweezers are very precise and the “pinch” is “a definite”. I love that it now takes me a fraction of the time to tend to my female, facial, “I hate to mentions”.I am a 54 year old female who is now trying to defy aging a little late in my life. Learning about “beauty” tools and techniques is very important to me now. I am realizing that there are things I can do that cost little or no money that can help to enhance my appearance.These tweezers were worth the time finding online. You just might be wasting alot of precious time and effort right now using tweezers that you thought were top of the line. Don’t settle for the easy to grab tweezers at your local store like I did.It DOES pay to reevaluate the way you select a purchase from time to time. Even when it is something that you assume is not a BIG life changing item, BUT when you are needing something with precision and ease it CAN be a “big deal”.

Does the job decently
I had purchased a pair of Tweezerman tweezers at Target recently and was shocked when I realized they cost $25. No way I would ever spend so much money on a tweezers, so to Amazon I went!I will say that it arrived fine and it did a decent job at plucking. I did notice that the tweezers were not exactly aligned in such a way that made tweezing easy. For thicker hairs, it seemed to work as intended, albeit it sometimes had difficulty gripping the hair. For finer hair and/or hair that was still close to the skin, it was largely worthless. With some extra effort and “digging,” I could sometimes manage to get the hair, but it was not generally successful. The amount of damage caused to my skin was generally not worth it.For someone that is pale enough that their underarms literally can light up a dark room but with (naturally) black hair, I can see my hair under my skin which is highly noticeable and tweezing is generally the only way to give some slight reprieve. (Shaving makes it just look like I have a million blackheads.)So, does it work but only gets the “main” hairs and does not do very well with finer hairs or hairs that have not yet grown out to a point for easy gripping.

Wasn’t holding out much hope for these tweezers because of the low price, but how wrong i was, these are precision engineered, a decent weight (not flimsy), look stylish and nicely designed, but, best of all they can grub out the most microscopic of hairs and effortlessly whisk it away… I’m buying more for backup purposes! I’m truly impressed ð
