How to solder?

Soldering iron
Temperature control is fantastic for doing delicate work up to heavier jobs. The only negative I have is about the stand and how the iron holder isn’t built for the size of the soldering iron. Also the sponge doesn’t stay put even when it’s wet.

Cheap but works
It would have been nice if it had come with an instruction manual of literally any kind, since I couldnât initially figure out how to get it to heat up. After plugging it in and waiting several minutes, messing with the temp dial, trying a different outlet, taking it apart⦠I finally got it to heat up by cranking the heat dial all the way up. I didnât think it was necessary to be at that level since I bought this to make holes in plastic pots for my plantsâ¦. but here we are. It works well for the very basic task I got it for. Stand sucks. Iâd say it got pretty hot, but like I said I was just poking holes in plastic so how hot does that really need to be

good item to get
It is a little smaller then i was expecting but I’m glad i bought it. It works great. i work on a lot of electronics and it works a lot better than my old one. with the different tips it came with my job got a lot easier.

Complete rubbish
The heating element doesn’t extend to the tip so while the iron gets hot, the tip doesn’t get as hot as it needs to be. Adding to that, the tips themselves are just really poor quality.Yes, it is cheap, but still not worth it.

Soldering iron works, just buy better solder
Soldering iron works, but the cord is short and the solder it comes with is terrible. Do yourself a favor and make sure to get some resin core solder with it

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED
I didn’t expect much but I was pleasantly surprised! I bought it for my crafts but it has turned out to be more than useful. It’s light and easy to use. Gets hot in seconds. I use it not only to sold but to make wholes in crafts (plastic bottles, etc). Glad I bought it.

Cute little machine. I don’t know how good it is for soldering, I didn’t try. But I use it to make holes in plastic pots for my orchids. For that purpose, it works great.I wish the writing on the little wheel would be bigger, I can’t read what it says there so I never know if I am increasing or decreasing the temperature.

Was a little skeptical when I bought it because it was cheap. Was pleasantly surprised. It heats up very quickly and comes with enough attachments to keep you going. If your thinking of getting an iron I’d recommend this one.

This thing does not work properly specially the soldering wire is very cheap quality. Totally waste of money
