This solder wire is commonly used in wave and hand-soldering, maintenance, repair and overhaul. Coupled with a quality iron, this wire will get the job done like a pro. The applications are so broad that it can even be used to solder auto or motorcycle batteries, stained glass, toy railroads, bike spokes, or jewelry pieces.
Solder wire is composed of a core filled with rosin flux, which is a type of natural resin used as a flux in soldering. The solder is surrounded by a layer of solder alloy, typically made of tin and lead.
Solder wire Tin 63%- Lead 37% (Sn63-Pb37);Solder flux Content:2.0%,The total length of welding wire with a diameter of 0.8mm-2.0mm is between 10 meters and 40 meters.
The solder wire is designed to simplify the soldering process as the rosin core acts as a built-in flux, eliminating the need for a separate flux application. The rosin aids in wetting, which is the ability of the solder to spread over the surfaces being joined, and it helps to prevent oxidation during the soldering process.
The use of rosin-core solder wires results in less spatter during soldering, faster wetting, and minimal residue after soldering. They also offer good electrical conductivity and mechanical strength in the finished joint.
The features of solder wire can help people solder more easier. Especially suitable for circuit board, TV, radio and other home appliances repair, DIY, home decoration.

Doesnât melt, dull cold joints
BUYER BEWARE!! This stuff sucks! Please do not waste your money! Zero shiny solder joints, if I could get it to melt. I had at 800°F and this stuff wonât stick, melt into any wires, just clumps up. HORRIBLE PRODUCT
