Not very high quality
I expected a lot more from this considering it was only about $2 cheaper than the name brand stuff. It has a lot of impurities in it. When you melt it, it smokes a ton (and its got a weird smell) and when you are finished applying it, you can see the impurities left burnt in the surface of the solder. I haven’t used it long term yet, so hopefully its all good. Personally, I would spent the extra few bucks and get the brand name stuff (ie kester) and know what quality you are getting.

Not as consistent as the name brand
Good price per foot. Doesnât melt as consistently as the name brand I was using and off gases more-had to install a fan where I work. It is nice to have this much solder but having to work harder to use it is a negative.
