YIHUA #131A Soldering Iron Heating Element is designed as ONLY replacement soldering iron heating element for genuine YIHUA 862BD+/ 853D 2A USB/ 853D 5A-II/ 948-II/ 948/ 995D+/939D+ Station.
Please install the soldering iron heating element in the reverse order of the disassembly.
Each heating element has gone through quality tests in the factory to ensure the soldering iron heating element can work as per normal when installed on genuine YIHUA 862BD+/ 853D 2A USB/ 853D 5A-II/ 948-II/ 948/ 995D+/939D+ Station.
Using the soldering iron heating element on the wrong soldering iron will lead to incompatibility issues (unable to install/work). When a return is needed, please provide us with a photo of the soldering iron heating element installed inside the iron for us to verify if your station is compatible. Wish it was cheaper
The second one I’ve had to replace on my yihua 853d II 5amp, there sorry of fragile but it works again now that I changed it out

It does not fit 907F soldering iron that came with my 939D+ soldering station!
I purchased an extra heating element just in case the original failed. When the heating element failed I grabbed my replacement heating element to install it but it is much too long compared to what’s originally in the 907F handle!!! Lost my money and did not have a backup, after all.

Works great! No instructions or diagram included though
This replacement worked as advertised – I give it a 4/5 based on the lack of supporting installation information. If you need this replacement, I would suggest leaving the broken ironâs element installed until youâve have the replacement in hand or take some pictures before removing the old element. There is no diagram or any other type of aid that comes with this replacement. Speaking with Yihua reps wasnât so easy either but thatâs mostly due to the language barrier. If some type of aid were included, I would redact and change the rating to 5/5

Didn’t work with 853D
Not the right element/sensor combo for my own 853D. Temperature continued to read 0, while the iron was heating up very quickly(faster than it probably should have). Apparently A1322 is the right element/iron/sensor for my unit. Found a complete iron for less than this sensor… Live and learn.

Not for Yihua 853D
I installed this on my Yihua 853D and it did not work. Soldering iron didn’t get remotely hot enough, and measuring the previous heating element suggests that the sensor and element resistances are wayyyy off.This heating element measures:~4 ohm for heating element.~50 ohm for sensor.
