Used it once and it stopped working
I charged the soldering iron . I used it once on a small solder joint and after that it wouldn’t heat up again . The ease and convince of a cordless soldering iron is a great idea . This would have save me a lot of steps . If it had worked .

Pretty happy so far
Most of the cordless soldering irons I looked at use these weird proprietary tips that include the shaft. And I canât even find where to buy those but this one uses standard soldering iron tips so that was a huge plus. Itâs a little bit bigger than other cordless ones but I would consider that possibly to be a good sign. And so far it has been. The battery seems to last about 40 minutes which is less than they said but long enough to get the job done. It doesnât really heat up as fast as I would like and I donât think it gets as hot as I would like. But it does allow me to jump in there and do a quick repair without having to drag out Green station which doesnât stay out all the time. So the convenience of this is well worth the trade-offs.It does get hot enough to do basic solder joints and wires. So so far I am fairly happy with it I will keep the review updated. Iâm going to end up using this more than my other because of the convenience so hopefully this thing will last. The build quality is OK so itâs one of those things where you really arenât sure about its longevity. Sticker that has the logo on it immediately came off when I got it out of the box so that didnât exactly fill me with confidence. Also has the advantage of being pretty cheap so if I just get a couple years out of it it will be worth it. But nobody likes their tools to break.
