The cheaper ones are there to return because they donât work so you end up buying Hakko!, lesson learned.

This is for the Hakko FX-8804 hot tweezers. Good delivery time to Alberta, Canada. Instructions included were in Japanese. No English instructions available in the packing material (not good!!). Fortunately, Japanese friend available for translation. Tips tested out of spec straight out of the package! Thankfully, the Japanese instructions also gave direction as to how to manage the out of spec readings. Contacts cleaned and the tips are now within spec. Be prepared to disassemble the tweezers if out of spec (not so simple, but easy enough). Also, be prepared to pay an additional $19 to import these puppies into Canada. I have yet to plug these in. If I do not post an update you can assume good working order.
