Works well
This works well. The reason for only 4 stars is that the included tips are almost too small for the soldering iron and did not tighten up completely. I had to be careful as I was using it that the tip did not fall out. Other tips i had fit well & I was able to tighten them up better.

Takes a while to heat up
Plug it in, go make a cup of coffee and drink it, should be hot enough now so you can start. The handle with get hot after 15-20 minutes and thatâs when you unplug it. Can use for another 1-3 minutes before it gets too cold to melt plastic but still hot enough to burn you. The shaft is connected by one small screw to the handle so pressing too hard will bend the iron. Wait for it to cool then turn the tip 180 to bend it back. Smokes up first time you use it near the handle not sure why as most irons smokes up on the shaft which it eventually does after about 5 minutes. The included rods take a while to melt. I cut my plastic milk jugs into strips and use those instead. Itâs already flat which heats up faster and sticks better.
