This seriously works!
We had to remove cat urine from a beautiful fabric couch that we had not realized had urine on it because of its location in a room seldom used. By the time we realized the problem, multiple urine accidents had happened and the seat cushions were deeply soaked. We were overwhelmed. Did not think in any way we would be able to save it. I have had pets my entire life and used every pet scent remover on the market. In fact, I used another excellent Pet Odor Remover that has been my “go to” for years with my Bissell Pet Spot Pro on this first and it failed. I also tried an orange scented product which made the odor even worse. A neighbor recommended Zero Odor Pro which I had never heard of. Only because I trust her did I order the large size which was expensive. However, once again, you get what you pay for. It freakin’ worked!!! No kidding!!! No scent, no oily residue, no damage to color or covers. If I had not experienced this I would not have believed it possible.BEFORE I used the Zero Odor, I washed the covers in washing machine (cool water, no soap– twice) but the smell was still intense. I was afraid to use scented laundry soap (even Woolite) because I now had “orange smelling cat urine odor ” from the other product I tried.So in a final Hail Mary we took the cushion covers off and soaked them in Zero Odor overnight in a large hefty black garbage bag. In the morning there was literally NO SMELL. No urine and no orange scent. Just–no scent at all except CLEAN. Put thru washer again and dried without heat in dryer. They are like new. I cannot state how amazing this product worked.We also sprayed (a lot) on the inner cushion material with the Zero Odor and let them air dry. No odor remaining on the inner cushions either!!I am NOT affiliated with anyone at this brand, had never heard of it before, and have not been paid in any way for this review. I am simply so blown away I had to write a review because I know other pet lovers have accidents as well and this saved us a couple thousand dollars on a new couch.

Decided to get the big size
This is a great heavy duty product! It works really well. I finally decided to purchase this big one to refill my Zero Odor spray bottles . This is one of the products out there. No scent which is what I wanted. Most odor killer products have an over powering smell but not this one.

Removes Pet Odors
First product that I have found that actually removes pet odors and keeps the area smelling fresh . I do cat rescue and there is always the occasional accident. I use vinegar to blot the area and then I spray with Zero Odor Pro. Works great. I used to use Natures Miracle but this is better at getting rid of those odors.

It works!
I am hyper smell sensitive. I just got my upholstered furniture out of storage after three years and all I could smell was a stale scent that really bothered me. I donât love the febreeze type items because that is just more smells. So after reading all the reviews I went with this. FYI, those that have said it smells like bleach are correct, however that does go away after a few days and I have not smelled the stale smell again. It is ridiculous that this gallon cost $75 and is NOT to be diluted, use as is. I poured it into a spray bottle and went to town. Nothing discolored and I am glad that I found this product, but $75?!?! For a neutralizing deodorizer seems like a ridiculous price. But again it does work.

Did a great job eliminating remaining urine smell in carpet from a previous dog
I got a new puppy, and he immediately peed on the carpet in an area where a previous dog had been having accidents, even after I put puppy pee pads down over the carpet in that area. The carpet had been cleaned twice, and there was no visible staining, but the smell was obviously still there enough that the puppy c was attracted to it. I bought this large jug of enzymatic liquid to use in my carpet cleaner to try to eliminate the smell. I wet the carpet thoroughly in the entire area where the old spots were, allowed it to sit for about 15-20 minutes, and then extracted the liquid from the carpet. (Note that I have the carpet padding with the plastic coating on it so I knew that the smell was just in the carpet and not in the padding, and leaving the liquid on the carpet wasnât just going to have it soak into the padding.) Once the carpet was dry, I put some pee pads down again for a couple of days just in case, but the puppy never went back to that area, so the scent is completely gone (and the puppy never peed anywhere in the house after that). Clearly it works!I also put some in a sprayer to use on a spot in another room just in case that area also still had a smell, and just used paper towels to blot the liquid up after it set. The puppy has never shown any interest in that area, either.

It really does remove scents from the air without replacing them with another kind of smell. I am sensitive to scents and odours. Spraying this in the air quickly removes the odours so that I may breathe easily again.

This stuff is worth every penny. Unlike several other similar products I’ve tried, this really works on most unpleasant odours and on most surfaces.Zero Odor has worked on some clothing and facecloths that had gone sour & musty after being left balled up and damp too long. It worked on shoes that smelled really bad and did wonders for a suitcase accidentally stored away with damp beach towels inside. The suitcase was unusable because it smelled so bad.I used just one treatment, that wet the suitcase lining thoroughly with Zero Odor just one time. After it dried, the suitcase smelled fresh, clean, & neutral. It leaves no scent of its own behind, and the wet product has only a slight odour – so you can tell it’s there until it dries. Worked on the few urine puddles left by my very old cat before she passed away too. It’s colourless and so far it has not stained anything. I used it on a pair of black sandals that had uppers made with nubuck and cloth and it left no marks on them.The only thing it DIDN’T work on was a plastic cooler; left out too long with food going bad in it. It remained unusable until I found some volcanic rock deodorizer packs. They did the trick, though they had to be left in the cooler for a few weeks. It was usable after that.
