I use it for all kinds of projects. If you need to stick 2 pieces of plastic together, this is for you. I used so many staples when I first got it that I had to order more. Luckily I did not need to fix a bumper but I did fix a broken golf cart seat and some places on a boat dash that needed to be strengthened.

Worked for me
This plastic welder worked good enough to repair major cracks on a John Deere xseries plastic hood. The items appear cheaply made (gun, plastic cases, wire cutters) but I have no issues with the performance. The included wire stitches were as good as other brands.

Purchased this tool for one job; to repair the cracked lower hood of our John Deere tractor. After watching a video on YouTube using this tool to do the repair, I gave it a try. Great results from an inexpensive tool and a first time user.

Me gusto, tiene buenos usos para remendar plásticos. Hay que hacer un par de pruebas, ya que si calientas demasiado podrás dañar tu compostura. Por lo pronto hice 3 reparaciones y quedaron bien firmes las piezas. Doy 4 estrellas por que tampoco es una maravilla. Pero si lo recomiendo, la calidad de la pistola es buena, las pinzas son de media calidad, la navaja es una de $5.
