The Hakko CHP 5-SA pattern 5 tweezers with super-fine points have a smooth shaft and sharply tapered tines for use in electronics assembly applications. Well-Made and Effective
These are excellent tweezers for SMD rework and other delicate tasks. The tweezers’s tips align perfectly and they have good feel when used. Tips will bend if abused thus they are complementary with a less precise set.

Precise Needlepoint Good quality
Tweezers seemed to be of good quality. Good value for money spent.They’re stainless steel.Using to remove remaining little pieces of paper from the seams of paper-piecing foundation projects.Also to help peel away the paper backing from ‘Steam-a-Seam2’ appliqued pieces (especially the small pieces), and position them exactly where I want before pressing in place.There’ll be other uses for them.P. S. Storing them in an empty hard plastic oral thermometer holder as seen in photo/video.

Great for SMD work!
These are pretty awesome for tinny SMD work like picking up 0805 or smaller components. These 100% not meant for anything else. They will bend and deflect if you are using them to try and say pluck nose hairs or pick up larger objects. I also like the cheap price. For larger object manipulation where you need more sturdiness I would recommend Wiha 44501s or maybe other types of Hakko twezzers which i have yet to try.

No good for watchmaking
I made the mistake of buying these for watchmaking.The tips are unevenly ground, and different thicknesses. I was able to cure this problem on my sharpening stone.However there is a much bigger problem. It takes a strong grip to close these tweezers on small delicate watch parts which causes the parts to go flying easily. Tweezers suitable for watchmaking should respond to a light grip. Don’t buy these if you intend to use them for gripping and controlling small parts.

Very fine point tweezers and good quality.
The tweezers seem to be made of good quality material and are easy to use. I was able to pick up individual grains of salt and form a line.The thickness is a little less than the other pair I got, 00D-SA, but the tips align perfectly, the 00D-SA are almost perfectly aligned.They also state they are made in Italy.

Excellent value
These are very fine points, much sharper than a sewing needle. I use them to dissect mosses and lichens. They compare in quality to much more expensive forceps.

Super sharp and precise. Excellent for fine smd and electronics work. I have a ton of other tweezers but these are simply a lot better than the cheaper alternatives.
